On International Project Management Day, and to coincide with COP26 in Glasgow, the project community will gather in London to take on the challenge of climate change.  Demonstrate your commitment to tackling climate change by participating in this event.

Discussions focussing on lived experiences of the impact of climate change and actions being taken related to where we live, eat, travel, work, study, relax

13:45 People: Smart citizens

Identifying and developing responsible consciousness for yourself and your projects.  From surviving to thriving.  Mindset, skills, and competencies to deliver better results, more effectively and be a better human being.  Practitioner earners/learners, well-being, Fusion skills and problem-solving competencies

14:45 Making your ideas real: Planning, Pitching, Practicalities, Pressures

A session that uses role play, sharing, performance, coaching and debate to explore how you will turn your ideas into practice

15:45 Tea and Task

Drawing on the previous sessions to develop your own learning and action plan for the part you can play

16:30 Stand-up and be counted

Share your ambitions, ask for help/support, offer support to others, talk about your personal commitments
